Chaeting with hotel Taxi fares. 20 times more expensive as local taxi. Even preice should be around the local price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful starting right from security to reception staff to room service. Service with a smile. An Intern Siva was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. He would be a great asset to your team. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Buffet breakfast had a great spread of food ..loved it.

It’s centrally located. Very well trained staff. LGBTQ friendly. Very clean. And accommodating for requests like Amazon packages can arrive before your stay.

Rooms are a bit on small side

Although I wasn’t able to enjoy the breakfast buffet due to a touch of Delhi Belly, the spread looked absolutely delicious with a wide variety of fresh options. The chef and wait staff were exceptionally kind and attentive — they went out of their way to ensure I had suitable food and felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their care and hospitality made a big difference, and I truly appreciated the extra effort. I also love that it was so close to a little mall with a wonderful hair and nail salon. The hotel also arranged my airport pick-up and drop-off.

It felt a little like a business hotel more so than a holiday stay venue.

In the hotel, there is a customer launch so they sell chocolate and coffee something like that if you buy today by ₹200 the same thing tomorrow you’re going to buy for ₹500 if you ask for the manager manager hotel impossible you can get him cause manager Hotel always he sleeps I think so like that not possible to get him

Breakfast was served in open/semi open Restaurant in the first floor. Breakfast time could be extended till 11 am so as to accomodate night owls, who start their day with brunch.

bangalore climate is changing, the hotel managment has not learning it. They kept the centralised AC at 25 and all night it was sweating inside the room. no fans or cooler. we could not sleep allnight. except heart of city location, otherwise bad experience.

Hyatt has to adapt to bangalore climate and offer customer air conditioning control to individual rooms.we checked in late at 11pm and morning we had work, did not have time for the hotel to come and repair for next 1 hour. hotel staffs had no empathy too.

Tv wasnt smart tv and it took us 5-6 calls to reception for them to tell us noWe werent given an AC remote and again took us 5-6 calls to reception only to have nothing show upLastly the rooms are extremely small. It said king room but hardly felt like it

One of the finest and reasonably priced 5 star hotels I have ever stayed. I am a regular traveller and have stayed at Hilton, Taj and Oberoi group Hotels in India and abroad. Hyatt Cedric in Bengaluru is equally one amongst the best. However, I would'nt make a similar comment of Hyatt Cedric in Kolkata which located in a very narrow street not FIT for HYATT standard.

First night was terrible…I checked in around 630 pm…got a room on the 5th floor…some event started later and until 1am all I heard was thud thud thud from some music…I had to be up at 515am so wasn’t pleased…they offered to move rooms but I was already half unpacked and in my pajamas…either sound proof the event room or they should have automatically put me on a higher floor when I checked in…I expect a certain standard from Hyatt and it was not met…I come to a hotel to get a good sleep and not party☹️

Front desk was friendly and helpful. AC was not working properly and had to get tower fan. Fridge was too small. The shoe polish should be neutral and not black. It left a mark on my shoe. Cafe near reception is non functional.
